Direct, coordinate and advise personnel in test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of materials.
Make changes in composition of substances by introducing heat, energy, light and chemical catalysts for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Write technical papers, reports and prepare standards and specifications for processes, tests, products and facilities.
Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory staff to conduct test.
Study various methods of processing, preserving and packaging of components and its effect on composition and properties of food.
