Job Profile
- The interior design process starts with a face to face meeting with the client to determine the requirements, the client’s needs and the amount of work to be done. The designer should take into consideration the purpose of the room, client’s design preferences and budget.
- Working on the design sketches, layouts, use of auto-CAD software, and a breakdown of the cost will be the next step. Co-ordination on client and the interior designer is must in order to work on the final design.
- Once designer will get approval on final design by the client, the designer will then start co-ordinating with the technical, material team (electricians, builders, etc.). Some time the designer has to consult with the architecture and the engineering in case of complex projects.
- It is very important to tackle various agencies involved in the work tactfully.
