The Starting salary of any BPO employee will be between Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 20,000. The salary varies from the complexity of the work and the shift requirements of the job offered. Course Synopsis

There are no formal courses, but in house training is given by all BPO’s as per their needs. No formal graduation is needed but any 12th pass is sufficient to enter.
